The vary worsted company iv had the sorry misfortune to have dealings with.you can not ring them that charge £6 a minute so you have to go online so before I placed my order I asked about network coverage and was told I was there's (not true they use 3)all so asked when I will start paying not till February I was told (not true they send you a text saying they will take payment the next day) so as soon as I found out that they were on 3 I tried to cancel was told that it was in shipping so I should have to return it I was told to take it to Curry's (this is a hour and 20 walk from my home) I get there and was told that Curry's do not return for them yet on IDs website there's a oppoison to.so at this point the phone had not bin open ed I had to open it to get hold of them to be told that I should have to send it back myself at my own cost I'm in my first few weeks of universal credit so no cash how do they get away with it.

when you says Curry's - do you mean Curry's with an associated Carphone Warehouse (ID)?0

Not sure what your problem with iD mobile is but can't you contact them via chat (at no cost)?Their website says "Our Chat Bot is available 24/7 and can be used to resolve any question you may have about your account." Have you set up your account? iD mobile piggyback off another mainstream operator (3 as you say) but why is that a problem? That's common. Tesco, Asda and GiffGaff do it for example. If it is a problem then it was easy to check out first. I would switch to ID if I were in an area with better 3 reception but as I'm not they are ruled out. I didn't have to ring them to establish this.0

So I did ask about coverage that say it's there network when I got the phone I didn't even open it till I got to Curry's carphone warehouse when I was told that would not return it I had to go on to the bot and then wait for a real person to talk to to find out how to return the phone to be told I was being charged for using the phone it's like trying to get blood out of a stone I sent it back Friday morning and to day my bank sent me an email say that idmobile had tried to take money from the account.0
