Just wondering what you think my chances are of winning this appeal!
Parkingeye are the company who have sent the bill.
I work in a restaurant. Behind is car park. I use this car park to enter and exit work through the back. My dad (not local) picked me up. He entered the car park at 10.22 ( I finish 10.30) He left the car park at 10.37. 15minutes
I've attached proof that I work there as my work do have designated spaces in this carpark, I don't drive so no idea what ones they're which I explained in the appeal. I've also attached a screen shots of my call log as before we left the car park I needed to make calls in order for us to know which way we were going which may explain the extra 2/3minutes we sat before leaving.
I also stated my dad never left the vehicle and didn't even turn his engine off.
I know my dad should've checked but he didn't and I can't help but feel it's partly my fault for telling his to pick me up from the back.
The front is on the seafront so it's a busy road and not safe to park.

Start by reading the Newbies Sticky carefully - it will inform you fully and walk you through a PE appeal.
That appeal you posted will fail completely!
If this is your work's car park, you should also lean on them or their managing agent to have it cancelled on your behalf - this is the best, quickest and easiest way of all!
