Refund from the travel trust association TTA

Hi
is anybody having trouble claiming their refund from the travel trust association I am having an absolute nightmare I appreciate that a lot of people will be in the same boat, but the lack of communication is disgraceful you can’t be on the phone for an hour and now their website has crashed

Was this for Teletext?

I think I read on another thread that TTA were working on an initial 12 week turn around.  That was shortly after Teletext collapsed so hopefully things have improved since then.

Yes, the three months is up and they should have started the refunds by now, so if you haven't been asked for any further documentation, always check your spam file to make sure, then start chasing but by email not by phone.
