    Just updating again as have now had another response from BW Legal

    To paraphrase their email - ‘Signage in the car park states that unpaid charges may incur additional costs.’ ‘By breaching the clients T&C’s the matter was passed on to themselves.’ ‘Their position on behalf of their client remains unchanged.’

    Any response at this point?? Or is it hold and wait time??

    Probably best to ignore it because if you press them to prove they invoiced their client, they can just invoice their client.

    Has anything further happened since over 18 months on this? I note you're asking for forum help on a new thread about a different case. We do need feedback on our advice so we know if it is still working. 
    Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

    Thanks for updating. Keep your eye open for out of the blue reactivation. They have 6 years to pursue through the courts. If you move address in that time, you must inform the PPC and BWL.

    I have all the paper work still set aside, pictures of the site, everything. Just to be safe. 
    I noticed a few posts necro’d out the blue, yes! 

    I’ll definitely update if anything ever comes of it again.
