Interior plastic noise

Hi when i'm driving generally at a higher speed i'm getting a slight creak noise from the plastic around either the drivers door, window or the seat belt cover. Has anyone any ideas of how to get rid of this? Would WD40 in the gaps help? It's a minor thing but very annoying!

I know what you mean, squeaks like that can be super-annoying!
I'd be tempted to use silicon spray rather than WD40.  Or maybe even better, if you can get a little bit of talcum powder into the gaps, that often helps, as it can act as a lubricant.  I'd just be a little bit wary as to what chemicals you get on to the seatbelt - I've no idea if WD40/silicon would damage the fabric at all, which is why talc may be a better bet to start with.
Of course, the best way is to find out what's moving, and stop it.  Easier said than done, I know - but have you sat there (stationary) and had a good poke and prod around?

It's tricky trying to find out exactly where the creak is coming from as it generally only happens when driving over 50mph.
When i prod around all over that area i get the creak but it isn't coming from the whole area, if that makes sense, just part of it. So maybe i should just spray silicon into all the gaps between the plastics in the whole area?

Just a thought - is the door itself secure?  With the car stationary, open the door, grab hold of it and give it a fairly firm wiggle about, particularly up and down.  Can you hear any squeaks, or can you see any movement where it's bolted on to the frame?  Might need to get someone to crouch down and have a close look at the bolts whilst you're wiggling - it there is any movement it will (hopefully!) be a miniscule amount.  Years back I had an old car, and the door had somehow worked very slightly loose.  30 seconds with a spanner to tighten the bolts back up, no more rattling.
It's probably unlikely to be this, but it's easy enough to check.

The door is definitely secure. I can hear the noise coming from the plastics around the door or window areas
