Tesco mobile won't stop texting me

I have a mobile phone just for texts from my children (who are all grown up). If it pings I will immediately check. I'm on Tesco PAYG

It's a real problem that Tesco Mobile keeps sending marketing texts urging me to "add a bundle". I got one today at 8:04 from 28948. It woke me up. (I'm chronically ill an had a very bad night (&week).)

I've checked my Preferences on their website and I'm definitely opted out of all marketing contact. I've tried texting STOP to 26565.

I don't know what to try next.

Put your phone on silent overnight?

I agree with Emma.   With android phones you can put it on silent overnight but you can set it so that any of your phone favourites still get through so you're only alerted by them.

I want to be available for my children.

I don't really have nights and days anyway. I've been in bed for 4 days now, with a neurodegenerative disease. If I do drift off to sleep it's a bonus, and not really something I can plan to switch my phone off for.

I just want Tesco to stop texting me.

I don't have an android phone. Just an ancient LG phone which cost £8. It doesn't even do Internet.

I don't think I can manage to phone anyone about this. Phone calls put my anxiety levels through the roof, which has a knock on effect on my symptoms.

I don't even phone my children  (& they don't phone me).

I am autistic, and have a cognitive delay in understanding speech and formulating a reply. And then my voice is unreliable. More so when under stress.

I've been trying to find an email address for Tesco Mobile. Or a postal address so I can write to them.
