Talking ot McDonald's/ UKPC and Double Dipping - this appeared in yesterday's paper!
A case identical to this one @DannyB1219 posted up. A private security van passed through at the start of his night shift then at the end of it - and the company was issued an ANPR PCN- which the boss disputed via evidencing the vehicles GPS tracking log. The company boss said:
"People don't generally have the benefit of the kind of satellite technology systems fitted to our security vehicles, so they wouldn't be able to provide the evidence needed to blow claims like this out of the water. They might, therefore, feel they have to pay the fine - but my message is don't be intimidated and fight your corner."It just goes to show that they do not check any other times between first or last or use other resources like CCTV to Double check their claims where they leave the burden of proof onto a driver because most people are unable to prove otherwise especially within shorter time frames.

I would definitely include this into a WS to evidence how flawed and sloppy they are!!!3
