8Gb or 16Gb Memory sticks - where to get them?

Seen some 8Gb ones on eBay, but don't fancy them, do you have any idea if currys or anywhere do these? I've heard of 8Gb ones, but if there are 16Gb available I'd rather get that.
The files I use for my research are often in excess of 20000000 lines of data, and hence are large files, my 4Gb is completely snarled up and they all need to stay on memory sticks to transport round all my PCs
Any help gratefully received!

I've been burnt 3 times buying large memory sticks (8 & 16mb) from ebay. All of them turned out to be devices that were told to act like larger devices.
The devices did sort of work - as a 2GB, providing that the total number of bytes of files not not go past that size. Once 2GB size is passed, the file name is stored but the data is non existent as the addressing has run out for the memory. People who have bought this device will think that it is ok, but soon as the size goes over 2GB the storage has lost its integrity.
I moved over to and external usb disk as it holds more, faster and cost less per mb storage.GOOGLE it before you ask, you'll often save yourself a lot of time.
