Some time have past since my last post. What can I say, I decided to persue firther an went to court, that bloody landlord never responded an court ruled in my favour. Yesterday I completed warrant issue form and now bailiffs will be dealing with him. The only thing I am worried about is how they find him? Although I provided all the info about his whereabouts I suspect that he can move out of his business premises, change mobile and so on. Such a shame, that i know only his name and the property address he owns. Will bailiffs be using this info trying to find him or they just visit the address you given to them and thats it?!
    I am so upset
