Ticket refund

I bought tickets off Viagogo (never again, lesson learnt) The tickets are for a seated concert. I need seating for disabled and the ticket and seating plan did not state that it is unsuitable for disabled access.
I have never been to this venue before. I contacted Viagogo for disabled seating tickets but they said all sales are final. I thought by law consumers had the right to a refund within 14 days of sale?

Distance selling rules means you get a right to cancel within 14 days however there are some exceptions to that rule which unfortunately includes dated tickets to an event.
I can understand a reluctance to do it but surely this would be grounds for questions around Disability Discrimination Act and how they havent made reasonable adjustments like highlighting accessibility of the venue/area? Its less strong than CRA as there is more discretion in what reasonable means but companies arent too keen on being labelled as discriminating against disabled people etc0 -
What was the venue? Most venues also offer disabled seating, I am wondering if the reason that was not available was that it had already sold out?0

As Viagogo are a Swiss company and the sales contract is formed under Swiss law, the CRA and Disability discrimination act wouldn't apply.Sandtree said:

1) You bought some tickets to an event - which do not mention being unsuitable for disabled access.
2) You went back to Viagogo for additional tickets? Or to change your tickets? Or to confirm specifically check if the tickets you'd bought were suitable for disabled access?
3) Viagogo say all sales are final.
