Shared box gutter

Hi I have a shared box gutter with my adjoining neighbour. This gutter has been leaking for years with me getting it repaired when necessary. I informed my neighbour each time and she was also told by her roofer when she was getting the roof redone that it needed replacing. It has now come to the stage that it needs to be done at a cost of approximately £1500. When asking my neighbour for her she she just said good luck with that and walked off. Any advice please.
