@Jenni_D I agree, with taskbar items set to the left am now getting used to W11.  It doesn't seem all that different to W10, most settings seem familiar and easy to use.

The only other thing I changed back was the right click menu option. Windows 11 gives you a shorter menu. You can view the whole menu with one click, but it annoyed me. There is a registry setting you can do to make it give the full right click menu as default, like in Windows 10.
My suggestion and/or advice is my own and it is up to you if you follow it, please check the advice given before acting on it.

Ooh - I didn't know that. I'll have to search for it. (That's the only real thing I don't like about W11).

Edit: I followed the instructions in the link below - all good now. :)

Probably some time after 2025 and after spending many billions on it. But I’m sure that you’ll be able to roll it out next week for less than £7.50.

Shortly after MS realise that 11 is a lemon, like Vista and 8 were. Assuming it is of course, don't have personal experience because it won't run on any of my computers. ;)

Interesting decision in 2025. Linux, continue on Windows 10 or install Windows 11 with registry adjustment.
