CC Balance Transfer Has lead to same debt showing up twice on Credit Report

I have two Virgin Money credit cards. The low interest deal was running out on one so I got a Santander CC to transfer the balance to.
Stupidly when doing the transfer, I input the card number of the wrong Virgin Money card. I noticed straight away and within minutes I had called Santander to stop the transfer and it showed up that day on the Virgin Money app that the payment had been reversed.
Fast forward 5 weeks, and the balance of the santander card has just gone back to zero, allowing me to do the balance transfer correctly.
On checking my credit report this month, it shows my two virgin credit cards with the debt I have on them, and also the Santander card, with the incorrectly transferred debt on there. So I have the same debt, listed twice, on different cards.
What is going to be the best way to get this corrected? My credit card debt, on record, has grown 75%!
