    2007 - I told you so.

Not sure I mentiones a crash but never mind!My bearish views I guess have been based on a number of things not the least having sore memories when the housing market took a dive 15 or so years ago. This time a lot of my feelings have been based on rather strange behavior.Lie-to-buy,and I think that is bigger than we think.Dressed up deals, for example fixed rate loans(and the problems we are about to witness now many are coming to an end). The trendy investments of buy-to-let,great if you did it whan GG did but seeing folk subsidising their tenants beggers belief.

And then, the funniest of them all. The``they(whoever they are)won`t let it happen`` brigade ,when refering to house price falls.Think they were the same people who felt secure in muttering that well know mantra``it`s different this time``.
