Unusual Windows 10 update

So it looked like it wanted to do an install, but immediately aborted this (after about 2 seconds).
Here is the View update history screen:

Try Belarc Adviser.
The Belarc Advisor (which is free) builds a detailed profile of your installed software and hardware, network inventory, any missing Microsoft hotfixes, anti-virus status, security benchmarks, and displays the results in your Web browser.
All of your PC profile information is kept private on your PC and is not sent to any web server.

For the last few months, the updates have been automatic. Could the last update have changed a setting?
I've looked in Settings>Update and cannot see an option for Auto Update. Is it in another part of the system?

Are there any Windows tools that you would recommend for looking at this problem?0 -

I would install the 21H2 update which is the latest feature pack of Windows 10 and then once that is complete any subsequent updates will be able to be installed. It isn't a separate stream so you don't have to worry about that.1

As this is the first time I've knowingly installed a Features Update, are there any important checks I should make?

Unless you're part of the tin-foil-hat brigade and try to lock down Windows' "reporting" features then the default 21H2 install should be good to go.Jenni x1
