Yesterday I received a NOTIFICATION OF INSTRUCTION letter from Elms Legal to recover the debt from the PCN i am disputing.

Is it my best interest to contact this company or do I ignore?

Secondly
I’ve requested a SAR from excel parking however they’ve not responded. I have been advised that I’m entitled to this information

If the letter from Elms is a LBC/LoC then I would suggest you respond to them, following the guide to court written by bargepole you will find in the second post of the NEWBIES.

Excel have 30 days to respond to an SAR. Complain to them if they have failed to meet the ICO deadline.

Do a forum search for the location of the alleged event. I am sure this has cropped up here before, possibly in the last few weeks.

What happened when you complained to the landowner?
What was the reason for the charge being issued?

To my knowledge Excel have not responded to a SAR request for the claim relating to the IWM yet.
