Hi, Im self employed. I signed up to a business account, which has given me a £75 incentive bonus. Does this count as(taxable) income for my business?
Thanks so much.

On balance, it probably is. It would not be taxable if it arose on a personal bank account.1

Would it not be just a discount on the fees that you pay to the bank over say the bank year.
Of course that would mean you would have to reduce the fees you include as an expense and hence increase profit by the £75. Hence it would mean that you would pay tax on it.1 -
No ongoing fees, I'll count it as income. Thanks so much for both replies!0
