Radiator Water Temperature Knob on Boiler?

I have a Worcester Bosch GREENSTAR CDi CLASSIC 29CDi and was wondering if the temperature knob works in stages i.e  if 4 is 60 C and 5 is 67 C if I set it to half way between 4 and 5 the temperature of the water would be 63.5 C or it is either 60 C or 67 C?

I presently have it set at 5.

I thought I would try turning the knob down a little every day until I noticed a difference in the time it takes the house to heat up in the morning but of course if it is either 60 C or 67 C with no difference in between I won't bother.

    Yes, I have that table in my instruction book, what I want to know is if I put the mark on the knob between 4 and 5 will the temperature be somewhere between 60°C and 67°C or will it either be 60°C or 67 °C?

    I have a rotary volume knob on my music centre which is marked from 1 to 10 but if I put it between 4 and 5 the volume is displayed as 4 until the knob actually goes to 5 there is no in-between.

    On my last WB boiler the settings covered a range of 15 ℃

    1 = 30 to 45
    2 = 35 to 50
    3 = 40 to 55

    I don't know whether they keep the same nominal settings for all models.

    The boiler heats the water to the high figure, then shuts down and lets the radiators cool to the low figure before firing up again.  While the wall thermostat is still calling for heat, the pump continues to run.

    Edit: and yes, intermediate settings will give you intermediate values

    On my WB Highflow it is variable between marked setting numbers (I have the benefit of a display) , I would assume that your boiler is similar.
