Accidentally applied twice

Hello, I’ve accidentally applied for a credit card twice, it crashed as the application went through so had to re do, then had two emails saying Thankyou for applying. I’ve rang and cancelled one straight away but he said he can’t guarantee the search will go. Any advice?

Doesnt matter... its not uncommon for a single application to result in more than one search and so multiple searches by the same institute within a short time period effectively counts as a single case
