Hi all,

For some reason we are starting to notice some heavy cracking in the property we own. Its a Maisonette built in the 30s but our flat was converted about 4 years ago. I suspect we will need professional help but can anyone comment?

No the stairs are the other side of the flat but there is a whole floor above the bottom 2 pictures. The top picture there is nothing above, its a converted attic. None of the pictures are of solid walls they are just what I assume is plaster board0
