Barclaycard Rewards Routine

Hi,
I have a credit limit of £25k and a balance of £7500 on 0% from a BT that expires in Feb 2023.
Am I right in thinking if I spend £1k a month on the same card, I need to clear this £1k every month for it to continue to give me 0% on this £7500. The £1k is classed as my standard balance?
Thanks,

Best to keep bt balance and spending on separate cards.

Some cards apply payments to the oldest debt (ie the balance transfer) first.

I think Barclaycard do it to benefit the customer, so always pay off expensive first. I am just checking for any other avid users of the cards...
