Non delivery options

I purchased 2 x Samsung Galaxy S21 mobile phones from Amazon (not one of their re-sellers) on 7 January while Amazon and other retailers at the time were including a Samsung promotion of a free Chromebook with purchases made before 10 January.  Amazon never delivered my phones and advised my phones had probably been lost in delivery. I requested replacements because I was keen to keep my original order that would qualify for the above promotion. Amazon Customer Services has advised me that their "system" only allows them to issue me a refund, at which point I can then purchase the items again if I wish. This however would mean I would no longer qualify for the free chromebook promotion, as the purchase date would be after 10 January. Plus in addition they are now selling the phones at a higher price. Where do I stand in holding them to provide replacements for my original order? Thanks in advance for any help.

What stops you downloading the invoice from the 7 Jan purchase and using that to claim the Chromebook... guessing you claim the thing direct from Samsung

Thanks for feedback - never thought of trying that. I suspect it may ask for the serial codes of the phones but will check it out.
