A game appeared on my monthly bill received yesterday ....
"WWE Smackdown VS Raw 2008"
I did not download this game. I have never heard of it and there is no such application on my mobile.
Rang 3 to complain.
They said system is never wrong and that I downloaded the game. I know for a fact that I did not, but the Indian bloke would not budge and started to get abusive and he then called me a liar and said I had downloaded the game and that their system was never wrong. (I began to think I was talking to the Fonejacker, but I wasn't.)
My 18 month contract ends on 2nd February. On 2nd January I will give them the 30 days notice and take my custom elsewhere. And I will tell them why.
Shat service and rude abusive staff.

i would have spoken to his manager and given him a right earfull - even if a customer is a liar which im not saying that you were its bad customer service on the providers behalf0 -
three dont care about their customers. if you ask for their superior then you just get the exact same response they are like robots. i hate this company and i am counting the seconds until i can cancel my contract.0

Three are a nightmare.
They get bills wrong and their customer services are a joke.
I can never get a signal when I want one either.
I can't wait for my contract to end so I can get rid.
