Custom House Quay Falmouth, new broom sweeps clean

The new Chief Executive of Falmouth Harbour Commission has announced plans to give CEL the boot at the Custom House Quay car park in Falmouth when it's contract comes up for renewal this year.
It's a shame about the "F" and "P" words, but otherwise the article looks encouraging.
The plan is to use a more local approach to managing the car park.
