Assistance with card 0% offer

I want to move £4500 to a new card with a 0% offer.  It has given me two options...

 0% over 18 months with a 3,5% fee

or

3.9% p.a over 36 months with a 0% fee

What would be the best option to go for? Minimum payment is 2.5% of the balance which for the 18 months would be 116.50 a month to begin with, but im not understanding the payments for the second option.

First one is £4500 + 3.5% fee = £157.50 but you'd have to pay £258.75 a month to clear it in time

Second one, if you did the transfer and paid ~£135 a month to clear it in 36 months, you'd repay a total of £4766 i.e. £266 in interest but this would of course vary if you paid more or less

For the 2nd option initially the minimum will be around £14.62 monthly interest + 2.5% so around £127 and reducing monthly the same as the 1st.

@molerat I think I will go with option 2.  I moved other cc debt to loans and 1 card went onto a paydown plan. 

This card will allow me a bit of freedom and at the same time, even though I may not be able to pay more than the min on the card.. more of the min payment will be going towards the debt vrs what I would be paying if I left the 4.5k were it was.
