Without Gas

Hello,
I am sorry if this is inappropriate or in the wrong place.
I've had no gas since Saturday. I am with EDF and have rang, messaged, whats apped etc.
Does anyone know the best way to complain? They have replied via WhatsApp, assuming that every is resolved when it isn't - and offered me £25 - but this isn't the point because I still don't have my gas on.
I was told someone would call today, now I am told that "10pm is a worse case scenario".
I'm aching with cold, I am asthmatic and have had no heating or hot meal since Saturday.
Can anyone advise how best to complain?
I complained to EDF via their WhatsApp and SMS page but they aren't talking to me personally.
I finally spoke to someone today on the call centre and managed to convince them that the meter was faulty. That was at approximately 4.20pm - they said an engineer would be with me in 3 hours, after 3 hours had passed, I rang the engineer number and they said it would be another 3 hours.
My back and legs are cold.
Sorry for banging on.
I looked at the ombudsy and raised my complaint but they said I would have to wait 8 weeks.
Thanks for reading.

Are you on EDF's Priority Service Register? You probably should be if you have a medical condition.

Today i read that the battery in a smart meter lasts up to 10 years and then its meant to shut off the gas so you don't get free gas. if its true they should go to jail for that.

EDF didn't want to know and he had to take it to the Ombudsman.1

No gas reports to the Emergency number =no gas at ECV ie the network exit point, not no gas at meter outlet.
Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..0
