Help setting up speech recognition.

Options
Having decided to set up speech recognition on my windows 10 PC I searched the internet to see how I can improve its accuracy.
I have come across a number of articles suggesting that I set it to do "document reviews".  I have done this.
The article's say that now it should review documents I have written that are in "my search index" to familiarize itself with my way of composing.
I have searched in vain to find out what is meant by "my search index" so that I can check / place documents in the area where it will find them.
Does anyone know where speech recognition searches for the purpose of document review? I have documents in many places.
Like in C:/documents or Google docs folder or onenote or maybe the whole of my C drive. the term "my search index" seems so vague.
