Hi all, I've had a long break from comping but restarted in December. I've had 2 fab wins this year already. I won a Crown paint x Encanto bundle from Instagram that included 10L of paint, wall stencils and an Encanto goodie bag (my 4 year old is thrilled!). I also was a runner up in a competition and won a £200 voucher for restaurant Myrtle in London so I'm looking forward to a much needed child free weekend this year to put that to use. Thanks to everyone that posts/shares competitions.

Scallops. A host of legends surround this, one of the loveliest of seafoods, except when overcooked. My favourite true story concerns the young lady scallop preparation worker, interviewed by the 'New Yorker' Magazine. When asked for her honest opinion of the shellfish she said "They don't have much personality".
