Very Me-Contact email

I bought something from Very Me a few days ago. It said on their website if I took out a credit agreement with them and used the code 'Welcome' I'd get 20% off. This wasn't true so I paid for the item using other means.
I emailed them at help@very.co.uk to ask them to cancel the credit agreement but it bounced back. I tried calling them but after being on hold for over 30 mins I hung up. Now I've found out a hard search has been done through Equifax which will obviously affect my excellent credit score.
It seems Very Me isn't a very good company to deal with and make it impossible to contact them. They do provide a snail mail address but in this day and age why no email?
So does anyone have an email for them please?

So does anyone have an email for them please?Did you use the code WELCOME or did you type in Welcome? Discount codes usually have to be typed in exactly as shown to activate the discount. If you really wanted to speak to someone and cancel your agreement you would wait and speak to someone. I can’t imagine any organisation would cancel an agreement via email as anyone could pretend to be you.Time is a path from the past to the future and back again. The present is the crossroads of both. :cool:1 -

I eventually managed to get a hold of someone on the phone. They refunded me 10% but I've had to raise a complaint with Equifax over the hard search.0
