Boiler Cover Cancellation

Took out Heating & Boiler maintenance.  Invoice states can cancel within 14 days, however this changed after a year and a half and I was unaware.  Company change to rolling contract. I've been asked to pay the full year.  Anyone encounted this.

Confused you took out a yearly contract ?? That has now changed to a monthly contract .

Or your existing contract has rolled over at the end of the year as you have not cancelled .

Read the T&C of your original contract as a roll over is not unknown .

The cancelation period is the first year, there is no cancellation period for the renewal of ongoing contracts.

Yep. Normal practise.

If you want to cancel, you need to let them know before it renews for another year.👍
