Can I make adjustments to the percentages given to beneficiaries in an existing will without having a new one made out ? TIA

Yes, you can.
You can just get what is called a Codicil to your existing Will and have it witnessed in the same way (but not necessarily by the same witnesses).
You can either do this through a solicitor or type one up yourself.0 -
