Ticketmaster refund

Hope someone can help. I have cancelled a rescheduled event as can no longer go. Ticketmaster have refunded my original payment method (tsb debit card) I have contacted tsb and they say the payment has been bounced back to ticketmaster. All ticketmaster respond with is “we are waiting on our financial team” this has been their response for the last 6 weeks. I find this totally unacceptable, they will not respond with any manager details or contact address. I am wondering what steps I can take now please? Is small claims court an option?

Did you manage to sort this problem out? I'm having the same issue where the money has boucned back to them, which they have admitted, but still won't refund the money or give me details to make a complaint about it. Thank you
