GoDaddy Auction Domain - Credit Card payment - Section 75

Hi, I am looking to purchase a domain via godaddy auctions. It is worth around £1.5k when converted from USD.
I am planning to use credit card to purchase it. I will assume that godaddy would have done all the due diligence check before allowing someone to list the domain on their platform for sale but wanted to confirm just in case.
If I bid, win and pay directly on godaddy website and if the domain turns out to be stolen or something goes wrong during the purchase, will the credit card company be liable in a similar way as to a normal purchase?

The issue will be that S75 requires the Debtor (you), Creditor (your bank) and Supplier (the provider of the goods/service) to be unbroken which includes there being no 4th party involved.
It sounds like GoDaddy isnt the supplier of the goods and therefore are acting as a middleman... if you are paying the middleman then a S75 claim may fail sue to the break in the DCS chain.... however, if the failure is not with the supplier per say but with a service GoDaddy says they provide for the monies then its possible to argue.
It really depends on what GoDaddy promises and what is the duty of the seller.
You often find Amazon Market place and eBay sales fall outside S75 because payment doesnt go direct to the seller1
