Hello,
Hoping to get help with a defaulted account. I swapped mobile providers away from Vodafone in late 2020, but due to moving I missed the last payment I thought I had repaid. I had a balance of £57.00 that was left over - this was defaulted after a few months and I recieved an email from CCS Collect for the payment. I immediately paid this off and considered the matter settled.
However, checking my Credit Report today it still says the account is Defaulted but not 'Satisifed' or 'Settled' via MSE Credit Club/Experian. It currently states;
Current Status

Should this be reading as settled/satisfied? It isn't under 'closed accounts' either but under defaulted. I know I cannot remove the default but if I can show it has been settled that would be very good. Who would be the best point of contact for this - Experian, MSE, CCS Collect or Vodafone?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

If the balance is being reported as zero I wouldn't waste the time faffing around to get the status changed, it'll have little effect in the grand scheme of things.0
