    I know where to get some boobs but ultimately they are not mine and I may get into trouble using someone else's boobs as that would be identity theft to a point.

    But if you went to the NHS to get a pair of boobs, just so you could keep them tucked away earning interest, would that be fraud, or is it a legitimate use of NHS resources?
