Anybody used 7 day shop?

As the title suggests, I have just purchased a Panasonic TZ3 from 7 day shop (who I have since gathered are based in Guernsey) I am concerned that the warranty card and details are for USA. How would I be fixed if there was a fault? I understand that the UK model has a 24 month warranty!

I think you'll find that its is a limited 12 month world wide warranty0

I hope so! I have e-mailed the store, but am waiting for a response. There is no where on the site that suggests that items are not UK models (on reflect! other than the price) I will post the response from them on here for other peoples reference.0

They are fine.
Delivery takes a little longer but I've had one problem with them, sorted instantly. Many purchases over a couple of years.0 -
Again I've used them over many years, and found them excellent. Don't forget go through QuidCo for 2% back.
Last Chrimbo I bought a 4GB Memory Stick for a PSP came in the plastic sealed bubble packets that you need scissors for to open, open it then discovered I needed a MS Pro Duo so returned it expecting a restocking fee as it was opened and my fault but got a full refund and very quickly as well.Cheers

Thanks for the replies so far. I had the following swift response to my e-mail enquiry this morning...............Your post - 12/12/2007 - 21:41
I have received most of my order, mainly Panasonic TZ3, but am concerned that the warranty card and details are US, What is the position regarding UK warranty? which I understand should be 24months from the manufacturer for a UK spec.

The warranty is with 7dayshop.com for 12 months. Regards
This is fine but I think it should have been stated that this is a USA model and that the manufacturers warranty is only valid in the US. Does anyone aggree or am I just being fussy?0 -
It maybe that most people don't have a problem with 7dayshop, but I'm still waiting for an SD card to arrive - and their customer service (which doesn't seem to be great...you might want to look at this site http://ocaoimh.ie/2005/05/24/7dayshopcom-review-and-my-bad-experience/ )
told me they had backlogs from Xmas.
Meanwhile I have shiny new Nikon D40 waiting for some memory to try it out! frustrating.0 -
I buy from them as they are usually cheaper than elsewhere. But they are pretty slow on delivery I have found. Also I wouldn't buy anything large from them as they don't have a phone number to call them if anything is wrong. It all has to be done via email.0
