Wizz Air - change flight online advice please

I booked a holiday through LoveHolidays. The flight is through Wizz Air so I have a confirmation code that I use to log in to check tickets etc.
I need to change the dates of our holiday and I have to change the flight myself then go back to LoveHoliday to change the hotel.
My problem is the Wizz Air website.
I log in and in my profile it says I have no planned trips.
I click on 'find a booking' and enter the confirmation code and surname and it asks for first name. I can find details of all three tickets doing this individually 3 times but I don't appear to have a 'lead passenger' that can make changes to all the flights.
Is this because I've gone through Love Holiday?
I just can't see how I can change the flights online. I'd like to do it online if possible to save paying the call centre transaction fee.
Thanks in advance, Lisa

I've only ever used Wizz directly, but it's possibly this.
Do you have Wizz Flex or has one of your original flights been cancelled? If no, it may actually be cheaper to purchase new flights unless the original ones were over £60 (IIRC) one way.
It may be worth calling Wizz on the 0344 number for advice on how to proceed, you won't have to pay the fee for seeking advice unless the person on the phone does something for you. I find them one of the better airlines to deal with.💙💛 💔0 -
Were the flights bough through Loveholidays?0

Hi,
Did you manage to get this resolved? I have the same issue in that I'm only able to manage each passenger separately on the Wizz Air site. Whilst I don't need to make a change to my flight, I'm concerned this means I'll have to check-in each family member separately which means there's no guarantee we'll be seated together. I suspect this is down to a lead passenger not being specified on the booking. Wizz Air are asking me go through Loveholidays but Loveholidays dont want to hear about it and say this is how it is. I'm not convinced this is right as I booked another trip on Wizz via Lastminute in Dec last year which I was able to manage without issue.0
