NCP parking charge notice manchester

Hi,

So I received a PCN from NCP for an alleged parking offence on Sackville street, The ANPR states sackville street which is where payment was made.
However I am confused as the payment on my online banking is saying SIP car parks, but with NCP manchester port street and the correct postcode for NCP port street parking.
Upon appeal and sending this payment as evidence for no parking offence they replied with -

"The payment you have provided evidence for is not a payment for one of our car parks, but rather street parking with a different car parking company."

So now I am confused as to my next step as the payment was made at a machine within sackville street parking however shows up as SIP car parks but with all the details for NCP port street.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Below is the payment details.

Thanks in advance

Are they next to each other?

Did you admit to driving, which is the opposite of how to appeal?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

No they are a fair distance apart, I honestly cant remember if i admitted to driving or not. I think i just said something along the lines of - i received a PCN for alleged offence however i have proof of payment for parking - whether that is admitting to driving or not i'm not entirely sure.

Ok so is the NCP NTK a POFA one or not (see Newbies thread)?

You need to read the NEWBIES thread again.  All about POPLA is explained, with template POPLA appeal points including one about non-POFA PCNs.

We assume that NCP gave you a Popla code , so submit a POFA style appeal to Popla , as keeper

Very strange that you paid sip for an NCP car park , but somehow there was a mistake in the online purchase , so you cannot blame NCP for that , as far as they are concerned , it's bilking !

Hopefully you win on a technicality , POFA

The payment to sip is an intriguing side issue , but worth getting Poirot involved , to ensure that no repeat happens

Looking on Google maps , NCP have a car park on Port st , on the Dean St side , with a SIP car park opposite , both are off Port st

Both of them have numerous car parks in and around Manchester , some close to each other

So the 2 on Port st are on opposite sides of the street , 2 different operators , probably the same post code , easily mixed up

I suspect that NCP are correct in saying that SIP have one on Sackville Street , probably next to an NCP car park. The big NCP car park at the side of Sackville Street is chorlton st , located at the Chorlton street coach station M1 3FY. I think some SIP car parking is near it
