Just accepted the Loyal Octopus fixed was £70 next month £150, I think it's 12 months, not 10, soon find out. ( Gas and Electric )

I have seen a few people say current version is 43% above April energy cap
Any simple attempt to summarise the difference in a single figure like this is not particularly helpful, since the actual difference for any individual will depend on their own energy usage. As evidenced by the many threads of people being confused by not seeing a 54% increase in April.

It isn't "Loyal Octopus 10M Fixed March 2022 v1" then? What is the name of the tariff?

FWIW, in my region "Loyal Octopus 10M Fixed March 2022 v1" would cost Ofgem's benchmark customer £2849/yr, which is 45% above the April cap.
The previous "Loyal Octopus 12M Fixed March 2022 v1" would have cost £2600, 32% above the cap.
And the one before that, "Loyal Octopus 12M Fixed February 2022 v1" would have cost £2400, 22% above the cap.

I was just being lazy,- Loyal Octopus 10M Fixed March 2022 v1-, Electricity kwh rate is 41%+ above Octopus new flexible kwh rate, Gas kwh rate is 70% + more
Due to Octopus flexible standing charge subsidy fixed rate is only approx 4.5p per day cheaper, Gas standing charge is about 1.12p per day cheaper fixed than flexible, all based on my region

Congratulations on getting the 12M February tariff, it's better than either of the March ones!
