They sent an email saying current tariff ends Feb 28th, click on link to choose new tariff.bristolleedsfan said:saintscouple said:Wish i was offered that tariff with SP.
I currently pay 14p per kwh for electric with them, and they are offering me this Fixed May 2023 tariff....
Incidentally i currently pay £108 a month, this tariff would cost me £260 a month!
That tariff is identical to quote page for prospective new customers, effectively go away rates, I would be very suprised if SP have emailed you offering that tariff as a existing customer with fixed rate renewal due in forthcoming months without offering another cheaper fixed rate
Above is the cheapest, there is another over 2 years for £261 a month.
Makes it an easy choice for me, do nothing.0 -
That is very close to one of the other offers that are available to me now, its not a new customer tariff, just an (unattractive) option for those wanting a longer fix.saintscouple said:Wish i was offered that tariff with SP.

You could, I suspect, phone them up (or contact via another means, webchat or Twitter or whatever) and ask for the "Exclusive Fixed March 2023" tariff that's been offered to the OP.saintscouple said:

If you'd rather have the SVT, of course, there's no need to do anything.

I think that's the best option for me.0
