Morses club refund

Hi I’ve had 40 loans with morses club over the last 10 years, I currently have a claim ongoing with resolver to claim back interest and charges, has anyone been successful doing this? Thanks

Probably. But that doesn't matter. The outcome will depend on your own complaint reasons.

Keeping in mind that you don't claim back anything, you complain you were miss-sold or similar. What are your complaint grounds? Is it a pay day lender on affordability grounds? If so you might want to post on the loans forum, Sandtree is a great person to ask for advice on this
