Received credit back from Eon but am with Octopus
I was in the process of transferring from Bulb to Avro when they went out of business. Since then I have received some emails from Octopus with details of my account transfer from Avro to Octopus and have regularly submitted meter readings and am making DD payments but as yet, there are no bills available to view anywhere.
I received a cheque from Eon (whom I have never been with) for the credit that was on my Bulb/Avro account. Does anyone know why I should have received this from Eon?
I have messaged Octopus a couple of times but had no response.

Bulb didn't go into a normal SoLR process. They have, effectively, been temporarily nationalised. I suspect Ofgem don't have the infrastructure for dealing with credit returns and have contracted the job to Eon.Just a wotI reckon. Anyone got firmer information?1
