Hi there just come on here for some advice, I have several defaults with Lowell, they have now passed my debts onto Overdales (which I understand from here is a part of Lowells) They are threatning legal action which I had from Lowells anyway. I have 4 debts, one default is Aug 2016, so is statue barred in a few months, one is Oct 2016 so statute barred in October this year, one default is 2018 and the other one I can not find on my credit report at all (is it possible its already statute barred)??. Could someone please advise me what I should do, I have not acknowlege any of these debts.

I have had several experiences with Lowell and always found them to be great to deal with even if you don’t want to speak to them on the phone and email them, what I would personally do is contact them about it, as you will be on tender hooks until October and I went over the threshold with them and they still managed to get money out of me0
