People can't assist if you write so incoherently. Write proper sentences, punctuate and keep it to the point.

If you have a card with a refund on it, that put you in credit, that doesn't count as the minimum payment

As above, nobody can help if you write posts like this, as they make no sense - some have been happy to try but could be answering a question that you're not actually asking!  If English isn't your first language then perhaps get a friend to help you write something that does make sense or even post on your behalf?

I don't have a card with a refund on it.
card does have a maximum £1150

now used 

my spending on this card is £500
various companies refunded over £500 this month with payments mostly bitcoin

I'm missing what your question is.

I think what you are saying is as follows - please confirm:

• your neighbour has reported you for fraud
• you are awaiting credits to your credit card from (mostly) bitcoin
• your card is maxed to the limit of £1150
• you can't use your credit card because the credits from bitcoin have not yet been applied and you are (maybe) asking how long before the balance reduces so that you can use the card again

Your posts are almost entirely incoherent and even where there is an element of coherence they are so vague and unclear that it is impossible to tell what you are asking.

You need to remember that people on this site vary from 18-80 (or older!) and using slang that your mates would use on Whatsapp or whatever won't translate into things other people will understand. 

State your question in simple English, without slang, and people might understand and be able to help.
