I am new to this site and e-mailing and stuff, so forgive me if I get the protocol wrong. I have just discovered your reply. I had forgotten all about this until I checked my bank statment and realised the £2.30 had been cashed on 15 Jan!

I've just emailed The Sun so hopefully will get a reply.

I found the quickest way was to phone the number and i had my pack arrive the next day..:D
