Really gutted ordered two one for DS and one for DD - still not got mine, was hoping to put the top trumps in their stockings.

You can phone the following number 01832 733 497 and ask them to send the pack to you (they're the company in charge of the promotion) - They didn't seem to check whether I had actually sent the vouchers in or not - just whether the cheque had cleared. Then she asked me for a name and address and said it'll be sent out first class on the same day.

My daughter's came yesterday...a bit late, but that was no great surprise.

I ended up receiving two as well. One before Christmas, my DD was well chuffed with it. The second one came last week and was damaged but my young sister was delighted with it anyway.

keep looking for the postman guys cuz they must be sending them out now.i recieved mine yesterday but also recieved one today even though i only ordered one!!but i am gonna check my bank incase ive had two payments took out.
