Keep the credit cards, use and clear in full each month. You need to build some decent history, not just close off the bad stuff.
Clear the debt as soon as you can, highest rate first.1 -

Clear the overdrafts , credi card and loans ASAP (highest interest first) as stated. No point in saving when you have this debt.1
