    The SSD in an XPS 15" is also a standard M.2 and there is a second slot, so if you ever wish to expand the storage you can relatively easily pop in a second one.

    Glad you've resolved this. 

    I must admit, in spite of the gloomy predictions on here I've found emailing the CEO and then being passed to an executive solutions team often resolves situations the standard customer service team (using scripts, not reading your email etc) refuse to.  

    Glad you found someone who would help.  Its just a case of speaking to the right person.
