MBNa and Lloyds

Hi, 

I have cards with both and receiving emails to stay I am eligible for BT offers however they are not showing on my online account.  She wasn't sure why emails are being sent. 

I have spoken with MBNA and they told me eligibility is subject to status and at the moment is not letting her view the screen. 

Anyone had this problem?

It can’t be systemwide as offers on my MBNA are showing as normal: 

0% - 24 months - 3% fee
3.9% - 36 months - 0% fee
I am seeing these offers when I check within the app.

The only problem I have is that the offer was reduced from 24 months to 18 months (Halifax).

Btw, are you referring to yourself in the third person? Like Winnetou? Or am I missing something?

I think Lloyds system has barred me obtaining BT offers for the time being.  It is available in the background and that's why emails being issued with offers but nothing showing in the app and adviser cannot access the screens. 

Ohh well.
