We've just had our en suite done and it's a fairly small en suite. Our walls are really thin so no option to build recesses into the wall, or to build the wall out to create built in shelves. Have looked at a few shelves but can't really find any that we like, and we've been discussing the idea of having wall mounted dispensers a bit like what hotels have; we already buy Scottish Soap Company stuff in 5L containers so would be convenient 😂
trouble is reviews generally glowing but then some day they dribble everywhere (was looking at the SimpleHuman triple dispenser), so now thinking maybe one of the clamps that you just add the bottles to and they hold them in place? E.g;

Anyone have any suggestions that have worked for them?

We have fitted double SimpleHuman ones to dispense hand sanitiser in our Guide Hall, they do not dribble.0

I prefer a corner mounted caddy.
Do any of these appeal as an alternative to your picture?
I searched eBay for aluminium shower caddy

He said to the salesman, “My wife would like to talk to you about the Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
Salesman said, “We haven't got a Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
The man replied, “You have now mate".0 -
A wall mounted dispenser wouldn’t appeal to me, as you can’t put other bits and bobs on it. We have a Simplehuman corner tension caddy, which was expensive but I love.0

I agree, plus I am reluctant to drill holes in my new tiles!
Just had our en suite re-done, not moved in yet, but have this one that will hang over the end of the shower enclosure.....

In my experience they all rust. The better quality ones may take longer, but sooner or later they all go.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards.
